Above is a picture of the team at the Baale who are also supported by Vicky Chenery, our assistant manager who is seconded from The Friends in the UK and who is behind the camera!

In the back row, from left to right are Lawrence auto driver and dance teacher. Bhaskar, who is responsible for maintenance and development of the site, and our two gardeners Kumar and Narayanappa.

In the front row is our cook, Gangama. Our caretaker team of Shylaja, Sindu and Mangala. And of course, Mary, our manager.
